3-chambered system WINBAU OPTIMUM

Currently 3-chambered system WINBAU OPTIMUM is a basic one in the production program of Winbau ® Company. It was developed by specialists of the companies LRS Planung&Technologie GmBH and A+G Extrusion GmBH. All profiles of the system have successfully passed preliminary tests both in Germany and Austria as well as in Ukraine. PVC profile system OPTIMUM has successfully passed all tests in Germany and Austria at the companies-suppliers, is certified and complies with fire safety standards and the sanitary code, surpasses all standards on sound and thermal insulation, durability and resistibility. 

Regular classic lines, which are typical of German profiles, make the structure a refined one.

WINBAU OPTIMUM system PVC-profiles design allows manufacturing the maximum number of different window types utilizing minimum number of profile types. This feature does away with shortage of component parts when manufacturing a window or a door of intricate shape which in turn makes designing and production processes easier. Our partner as for window hardware and fitting is Roto FrankAG, a leading German manufacturing company.

Main features of PVC profile WINBAU OPTIMUM.

• 3-chambered system;
• uniform profile cross-section along the full length;
• rigid and monolithic profile frame;
• hardware “euroslot” for 13th system;
• several types of beads for insulating glass and glass with width of 4 – 6 mm;
• two stops on the inside top part of the middle chamber to avoid profile contacting with a reinforcing component;
• two-circuit seal;
• universal reinforcement for frame and leaf (shutter);
• maximal design stability of structure when minimal filling of window opening;
• profile assembly width 60 mm and outside walls width 3 mm (lower heat losses and better acoustic insulation);
• glossy surface;
• snow-white profile colour (no colour change over lifetime irrespective of climate conditions);

Laminated profile in four basic colours is constantly available in Winbau ® storehouse. Profile in other colours of program RENOLIT is delivered by request.
