WINBAU® trademark is represented by an affiliate undertaking “INTERGLAST” of German investment company Glast GmBH, which specializes on PVC profiles for translucent structures manufacturing, delivery of hardware (Roto NT), components, equipment for the plants by leading Italian manufacturers (Taha Bayrak, ALTECH, P.V. Tecnic, Lisi).

Most part of Winbau® PVC profile attributes surpassed standard ones by 30-60%: the system surpasses existing warm and acoustic isolation standards, is additionally shockproof and is notable for high weather impact resistance.
Constant availability of stored products in assortment, full line of profile systems, large-scale network of branch and representative offices in Ukraine, Russia, Byelorussia and Moldova, expert logistics system provides for scheduled delivery in short terms.

The product has been released since August 2005. Product line has been constantly expanded and currently the most popular power efficient three-chambered WINBAU OPTIMUM system and elite five-chambered WINBAU PREMIUM system are being delivered at the manufacturing lines of the plant. Winbau® Company profiles system kitting is complemented with fashioned glazing bead and Holzdorf. windowsills are actively implemented.

Besides, since December 2007 the company has been manufacturing reinforcing profile for Winbau® PVC profile and metal-plastic structures made of it. Reinforcing profile is made of sheet zinc-coated steel 1.5 mm thick. High product quality is provided by automated control and manufacturing process accuracy tracking systems.

The Company also supplies the plants producing modern windows and doors with hardware, components and delivers equipment for PVC and aluminum windows from the leading companies in Italian branch such as Taha Bayrak, Lisi s.r.l., Altech s.r.l., P.V. Tecnic s.r.l. and Turkish manufacturers. Company experts consult and assist in selecting optimal equipment set individually according to parameters of customer’s production volume and desire.

Winbau® production capacity has three times increased and now is more than 1450 tons of PVC-profile a month.
